There are 2 agenda items requiring votes for the 2021 Congregational Meeting: 2022 Ministry Year Budget & Congregational Leadership (Board and Elders)
Budget:
The 2022 Budget, approved by the Stewardship Committee and the Board of Directors, is for $321,824.00. Projected revenues for 2022, based on pledged responses and giving trends indicates a decrease from 2021 giving, namely from decreases in Tithes and Offerings due to deaths and departures. Building use (including Gym) revenues are projected to be strong for 2022. Gym and building use revenues will continue to go to the General Fund. The Kenny Fund for Children and Youth will fully fund the staff position for Director of Children's Ministry.

Congregational Leaders: Board & Elders
The Board presents 1 new member for 2022: Craig Elsmore. The Board chooses its officers from among its members.
The Circle of Elders presents new Elders: Penny Keith & Joy Robertson, and returning Elders: Bobbie Hawks, Ross Perry, Jan Seals, and Brenda Coons. The Circle of Elders chooses its officers from among its members.
